Bord na Gaidhlig welcomes bill to replace Scottish Arts Council with Creative Scotland

Kenneth Murray, Chief Executive of Bord na Gaidhlig, has welcomed the Scottish Government’s bill to see arts and culture led by a new body, Creative Scotland, with the promotion of the Gaelic language identified as a priority for promotion within this field. Mr Murray sees the move as capable of ’strengthening loyalty to the language’.
