This will be infuriating. we have just reported your experience to our Technical Director. It will be acted upon.
It is no consolation for your frustration – but this phenomenon has not been created by us. It is probably one of the consequences we are currently dealing with in moving the site to a new server host, given increasing traffic volumes.
Our apologies for this gllltch and our thanks for your notifying us of it.
