MV Coruisk, has made her first passenger carrying run on Argyll Ferries Gourock-Duunon route – and is currently [17;35] on the return trip to Gourock.

She is doing winter-service support on the state subsidised passenger ferry service across the CLyde between Dunoon and Inverclyde, with oe of argyll Ferries boats prone tp cancellation in strong winds.

Coruisk’s timing could hardly have been better for Argyll Ferries. Just back from annual maintenance, she has arrived in the middle of stormy conditions, with more promised over the coming week.

She had her supporters in Dunoon holding their breaths for a while before she got away from Gourock a little later than expected – but she made it.
