James Martin’s Loch Fyne and Glen Food programme repeated tomorrow

The latest programme in James Martin’s BBC 2 programme, Food Map of Britain, on Wednesday night showed the chef on Loch Fyne,  reeling in langoustines off Furnace ith Alastair Sinclar; and feeding Highland cattle up Glen Fyne with Tuggy Delap.

In each case, Martin cooked up some hunger-making dishes using these locally produced foods.

For those who missed the programme and don’t use BBC iPlayer, it is repeated tomorrow, Sunday 29th September, at 12.00 noon on BBC 2.

Keep a sharp lookout during the Glen Fyne sequence when one of Tuggy Delap’s cattle almost does Martin a mischief.
