Police Scotland Lochgilphead: police reports for week to 18th June 2013

Vandalism
Between 4pm on Friday 7th June and 8pm on Sunday 9th June, glass panels to a greenhouse located in Manse Brae, Lochgilphead were vandalised by being smashed with stones.
If any person has information in respect to these incidents, they can contact the Police on telephone number 101.

Between 7.25am on Thursday 13th June and 3pm on Saturday 15th June, a white Renault Kangoo van was vandalised with damage being caused to its front windscreen and bodywork while parked in School Road, Tarbert.

Breach of the Peace
At 4.32pm on Tuesday 11th June a 32 year old male was arrested for a breach of the peace after an incident in Blarbuie Road, Lochgilphead.

Theft of Bike
Between 7pm on Tuesday 11th June and 5pm on Wednesday 12th June a bike, described as silver with yellow writing thereon, was stolen from the front garden of a house in Ross Crescent, Lochgilphead.

Domestic Incident
During the evening of Saturday 15th June an incident occurred at a property in Lochnell Street, Lochgilphead which resulted in a 47 year old male being arrested for assault, breach of the peace and theft against his female partner. Due to the domestic nature of the incident, the male was detained in custody and attended at Dunoon Sheriff Court on Monday 17th June at which time he was released on Bail.
The 47 year old male was thereafter arrested again for breaching these bail conditions during the evening of Monday 17th June and detained in custody to appear at court on Tuesday 18th June.

Speeding
At 3.40pm on Sunday 16th June a 20 year old male was stopped by police on the A83 Campbeltown Road, Tarbert after he was detected driving at 56mph in a 30mph area.
