Peruvian cuisine and masterclass in unique event at Ardkinglas House

On 14th July, Ceviche – The UK’s first touring pop-up restaurant – and offering masterclasses as a side dish - will appear at Ardkinglas House at Cairndow, in partnership with Loch Fyne Oysters.

This is one of ten dates on a nationwide tour and features Peruvian food.

There’s an hour-long masterclass in making Ceviche’s award-winning sea-bass dish – Don Ceviche  – at 6.30pm on Sunday 14th July, followed by a three course Peruvian meal at 7.30pm.

This will  be prepared by Martin Morales, founder and author of Ceviche Peruvian Kitchen, with his Head Chef, Tomasz Baranski – recreating some of their favourite dishes from the Morales book.

This novel event should be very popular so it’s important to note that the masterclass is limited to 12 people and the three course meal to 35. The fee for both the masterclass and the meal is £49; and the fee for the meal alone is £29.
