The Arduaine Summer Fair takes place on Sunday 30th June from 13.00 to 16.00, organised by the Arduaine Garden Support Group and promising a glorious afternoon out for the family, while supporting this lovely west coast garden on Loch Melfort.
There will an ecumenical open air service in the Garden at 12.00, preceding the Fair – and entrance to the Garden is free for those attending the service. There will be a collection at the service for the Arduaine Garden Support Group.
The Summer Fair will see music – with the Chartroom Ceilidh Band in the Garden; crafts, local produce and plants stalls, children’s entertainment by Funky Chicken Fun, including face painting, ballooon art and circus skills.
The all important refreshments and home baking will play a starring role – and people are welcome to bring a picnic.
The Garden will be open from 9.30am to sunset with normal admission charges applying. Most of the activities will be free, although there may be a some charge for some of them.
For those making a day of it, the superb Loch Melfort Hotel adjoins Arduaine Garden, with the prospect of a great evening meal with unforgettable views.
