Kilmartin Museum coffee morning for interested volunteers

Kilmartin House Museum – one of the frontline historical codecrackers for Argyll – wants to recruit more volunteers and is holding a free coffee morning at the museum this Thursday (31st January).

They want to attract new volunteers to join the team both at the museum and on the local National Nature Reserves.

The invitation is to drop in any time between 11.00am and 12.30pm – and chat to some of the volunteers already working on projects.

Opportunities for volunteers include:

  • providing guided walks in the area or in the museum;
  • driving;
  • gardening;
  • carrying out wildlife surveys and practical maintenance on the NNRs’
  • and lots more…

There’ll be free coffee and cake, no obligation to volunteer – and they’ll make you very welcome.
