Forest Operations Manager

We’re looking for a full-time Forest Operations Manager to lead the development of our forest operations, including the establishment of a timber milling processing yard, development of our wood fuel business and the erection of a small garden centre.
Team management skills and an eye for business are essential.
Based in Tighnabruaich on the Kyles of Bute in south Cowal, this post has a starting salary of £26,000, for a one year contract with expected extension as the business develops.
This project is being part-financed by Highlands & Islands Enterprise, the Scottish Government and the European Union’s Argyll and the Islands Leader 2007-2013 Programme.
