ForArgyll is Recruiting

We’re looking for a part-time advertising sales manager to help us get to the next level.

The freelance position represents ForArgyll’s next step towards becoming a sustainable news service for Argyll and the Isles and will augment the ongoing efforts of our voluntary newsgathering team.

ForArgyll’s success since launching can be measured in terms of the traffic it generates on a daily basis. In January 2007 the site attract 400 page views in its first week, but last month, the site averaged 5,000 page views a day, and peaked at 16,000. We want to build on that success which is why an Advertising Sales Manager is the essential next step.

The deadline for applications is the 28th September and interviews will be held in the fortnight after that date.

  1. Congratulations, but who is the contract of employment going to be with?

    I still have not been able to find the answers to these questions;

    In plain english ; all the people who contribute financially to forArgyll are named in the “forArgyll team” you have no unnamed sponsors, partners or shareholders?

    Is forArgyll a company?
