And you can remind yourself if you still do – or still don’t – at a Rod Stewart Tribute Concert on Saturday, 6th October at 8.00pm at Cove Burgh Hall.
Remember the glorious days of Glam Rock and How Rod Stewart got to look when Britt Ekland was styling him – not always a good look.
But get out your platform shoes, loons and leopard skin and bring as much to this event as you take from it.
Bob Wyper is a well-known tribute performer who brings a great solo perfomance of Rod Stewart’s songs selected from over the years – along with sensational lighting, costumes and backing tracks.
This show is two hours of non-stop hits – and Rod could make them. In a place like Cove, Sailing has to be in the programme.
Tickets cost £10 from Cove and Kilcreggan post offices, Kilcreggan Cafe, or if you book online at the Cove Burgh Hall website; more expensive – £12 – if you forget and buy them on the door. And this is a BYOB night.
So – do ya?

Sorry but Rod Stewart, real or not, just gives me the boak.
