7.30 14th Sept update: A82 in Glencoe now clear but subject to high winds.
Several road accidents this evening [13th September] have affected the A82 between the B8074 junction in Bridge of Orchy and the B863 junction in Glencoe,
Traffic is slow in both directions.
High winds are contributing to these incidents – an overturned lorry, an earlier overturned caravan and an accident involving a motorcycle earlier on.
Police are directing traffic in both directions through the one available lane.
Expect delays. tonight and tomorrow. Strathclyde Police are saying that they expect that recovery work for the overturned heavy goods lorry will not take place until tomorrow [14th September].
