Comment posted The eurozone crisis and the Independence referendum: time for proactive postponement? by Iain Hurrel.
Think you hit the nail on the head, not sure how many times you will have to hit it before that happens? SNP have done little to boost business in Argyll other than attach themself to issues that look positive, Its a one agenda party for Independence, think that needs put on the very back ring or turned off for a time.

- The Castle Toward affair: more puzzles
Yes Allan, all these decisions are being voted through by the council not pushed by just one or two are they? So plenty know about it
- Michael Russell looks like the first SNP MSP to put a personal Plan B into action
Yes had breakfast with Mike the other day in the form of a leaflet. I did also have to keep checking if it was not a spoof. It did clarify that he does live in another planet. I just didn’t get it, but then the truth would have to have made mention of the no boats for Dunoon and actually thinking that its sorted by the Corusk, not even a little fix just a massive fail. Telling the good folk of Argyll that the SNP could run a council, massive fail. I’m not going to go on its well documented, just look around Argyll, turned us into a sub region about to crash. Should be throwing life jackets and handing out free seat belts for this pile up.
- Council Leader briefs councillors – confidentially – on Castle Toward
There must be a very good reason to have all councillors stand down and have a fresh start with new elections. Argyll is a laughing stock and its clear the council are not fit for purpose. But we sort of knew that?
- Tiree considering community buy out
Article in The Sunday Times about it today. Mostly pointing out that the Army will not be used this time against the islanders, as it was the last time
