Open House opens Christmas

For Argyll’s Festive Open House opens for the 12 days of Christmas tomorrow, with a series of contributions of all kinds being sent in by readers.

We will be publishing theseĀ  over the twelve day period – designed to make the deadly slump between Christmas and Hogmanay a time of creativity and shared fun, information and expertise.

Click on the For Argyll’s Festive OPEN HOUSE box at the top left column of this screen and take it from there.

It could be really interesting to share insights into the place you live in or come from in Argyll and the Isles. Nobody knows nearly enough abut the richness and variety of communities in this astonishing part of the world. But you can do whatever you feel like doing, Click the box for the guide.

For Christmas Day we are publishing the first two contributions which arrived in short order after we announced the doors to our pages were opening.

And because it’s now 23.15 on Christmas Eve, it seems mean to keep secret any longer who you will be hearing from in the morning – see it as the stocking at the end of your bed.

Open the giant OPEN HOUSE box you’ll see here when you wake up – and inside it you will find surprises from:

  • Crazy She-Bat
  • Ewan Kennedy
