Comment posted Slimegate: Moira Kerr asked key question on George Berry affair and got no answer by Simon.
“Who is the Station Manager and has this matter been reported to Ofcom.”
Who cares? Really, who cares?
It suited FA and the usual snp suspects to ‘support’ this non-story, ie use anything available to have another pop at the then ruling administration.
It will now die the death alongside other ’causes’ that Newise espoused eg, unadopted roads in Tighnabruich or water supplies in Bridge of Orchy.
These are all now an embarrassment to FA/Newsie who really doesn’t want to stir it against the snp-led ‘rag bag alliance of politicos who all have their nosers in the trough’.
These ’causes’ are even further back than the ‘considered comparative and forensic analysis’ of the Wee Toon and Dunoon what we were promised by Newsie yonks ago…..

This whole thing is absolute drivel. No self respecting member of the community would bother themselves with this unsubstantiated, unnecessary and quite frankly boring cry for help in relation to a need “for attention”. If there was no need to quit, then at least stand and fight with an aim to name clearing, but the very fact that the presenter fled or quit, supports the reason of guilt or actions that would contravene broadcasting rules. Important sure the listeners that day would be evidence enough.
This should go away, boring and uninteresting drivel and if it isvto appear in the herald, it would seem there is a lack of news, unless there is an anterior motive; which is all to apparent.

Flea from Oban FM, Mr Daly! Utter nonsense. I have been with Oban FM since the beginning, I have nothing to hide. The only thing Neil & I are guilty of is telling the truth. We did not bring this issue back to the press, Ms Smith caused this problem to raise it’s ugly head again, she did this at a presentation in a hotel in Glasgow when on slide 6 of her power point presentation she used my name in front of a packed hall which disgusted many. Oban Fm is much greater than any individual within it. Do not think for one minute, Mr Daly, that I will not fight this or any other challenge head-on. As for me having an ulterior motive, rubbish. I am proceding with this issue with a view to making sure that this kind of thing never happens again within Argyll & Bute. Finally if you do not like this kind of press then do not read it.
