For Argyll’s audience has continued to grow at a substantial rate.
Comparing the figures for December 2009 with those for December 2010, there has been a growth rate of 244% between those two points.
We are proud not just of the volume of our audience but of its energetic engagement with all sorts of issues and topics – and its willingness to share information and expertise.
We value this and we appreciate the sense it gives us that we are not alone, that what is available through For Argyll is very much a team effort involving a wide spectrum of people, opinion and expertise.
This is the measure of Argyll and it is a very encouraging one.
Thank you.

For Argyll

I think the huge increase in readership arises because folks thoroughly enjoy reading a media journal that produces high quality, fair and accurate news articles.
Folks, not just in Argyll, but in a much wider audience are sick and tired of biased partisan journalism that repeatedly fails to address people issues and concerns.
But as they say, the proof is in the pudding, and folks are certainly coming back for repeat helpings of the ForArgyll.

“Journalism is in fact history on the run. It is history written in time to be acted upon: thereby not only recording events but at times influencing them. Journalism is also the recording of history while the facts are not all in.”

I read ForArgyl more frequently than I do my local local Seattle Times. You rightfully should be proud of your craft.
Thanks to all for your past efforts and looking forward to the future.
