Some of you will know Iain Thomson as a fine singer and songwriter from the Isle of Mull – known as ‘The Singing Shepherd’.
None of you will have heard his marvellous new album Fields of Dreams – a collection of 12 songs finely crafted in a contemporary way without losing the traditional feel that Iain has for his beloved Mull.
Iain Thomson has brought together a fine band comprising his regular trio members Marc Duff and Gregor Lowrey and augmented by Charlie McKerron, Session A9 and Capercaillie), Maeve Mackinnon (Gaelic singer of the year Nominee) and Percussion maestro Richard Werner.
This promises at great night at the Victoy Hall in Benderloch, beginning at 8pm.
Tickets are £10 and £8 – available on the door – but to be safe…. email Mairi Stones ( mairistones@f2s.com ) to reserve your tickets for this fine night out.
