Would you please push to have the licensing laws for public houses brought back. Night clubs could go back to closing at 2am. Bring back off licences. Its worked in other countries levels of all social problems dropped immediately. I suggested to tescos to launch there own off licences 3 years ago from the age of six weeks old children are watching alcohol go into the shopping trolley with the bread baked beans and toilet rolls they are being trained to think its normal to drink everyday of the week let scotland be the pioneers do it first and the rest of the uk will follow. Thank you .
