Double scoops for Campbell Cameron at Oban FM

And no, he’s not hitting an ice cream habit, he’s got another major guest on his show. Tune in to Oban FM tomorrow – Friday 12th March – to the Naff and a half show at 10.o0am. You’ll hear Campbell with Denis Locorriere – ‘the voice of Dr Hook’.

The Oban FM presenter and For Argyll correspondent is on a roll. Locorriere comes on the heels of the scoop of having Andy Fairweather Low of Amen Corner fame on the Wednesday Drivetime show.

With hits like A little bit more, Sylvia’s mother and When your in love with a beautiful woman to his credit, Dennis Locorriere is now on a 40-date tour with his new album ‘Post Cool’.

And Campbell know just what he’s getting. ‘I saw Dennis at the Royal Concert Hall earlier last month and he is really on form – great songs from the Dr Hook era and top class new songs on this fresh album’, he says.
