Lighthouse Caledonia reinforces corporate Scottish identity

In a move to relocate itself away from its Panfish beginnings, Lighthouse Caledonia, Scotland’s biggest farmed salmon independent, with its headquarters at Cairndow, at the head of Loch Fyne in Argyll, has made an interesting move.

It has announced that an application has been submitted to the Oslo Stock Exchange for its Scottish Salmon Company to become the parent company of the group.

It sees the move as helping to consolidate a corporate identity to support its future stability, competitiveness, marketing and growth.

Lighthouse Caledonia has made it clear that this restructuring is purely technical and has no implications for the company’s Scottish operations. Shareholdings will remain the same, with shares from Lighthouse Caledonia moved into the Scottish Salmon Company.
