Following last year’s successful inaugural event, part of Helensburgh’s Homecoming Scotland 2009 programme, the Food and Crafts Fair is to be repeated.
For the diary, the date is Friday 30th July and the venue is the Victoria Halls.
Organiser Tony Dance points out that last year, as a funded Homecoming event, tables at the fair were free. This year the event will have to wash its own face.
Tables will cost £35 and to cover estimated costs the event will need 26 tables.
All tables can easily be accommodated within the main hall – which is a warm and dry location with power available . Mr Dance says that ‘the question of insurance can be addressed as the time goes on’.
