Nothing excuses BA staff for their irresponsibility in this action. They have jobs where many do not. They are significantly privileged in pay and conditions in relation to the staffs of other airlines. They get poor customer satisfaction reports for their self-satisfction. They would seem to have morphed into turkeys just in time to vote for the demise of their employed - for whom we will not mourn. But people will have to make last minute changes of plan and, as a fellow advocate for Argyll, you know the breadth of choice available here in very special experiences and warm welcomes.
