You may well struggle afterwards to remember this night – but on 20th November at 8.30pm in the Furnace Inn (in Furnace, on Upper Loch Fyne) Loch Fyne Whiskies is hosting ‘an iconic whisky tasting’.

Leading the experience are two of Whisky Magazine‘s Whisky Ambassadors for 2010, each representing one of the connoisseur’s choice of single malt whiskies.

Peter Currie will be there in the Argyll corner – representing Campbeltown’s Springbank distillery. His opposite number will be Gerry Tosh from Orkney’s equally legendary Highland Park distillery.

Tickets are £15 and, sicne places are limited, booking is advisable. Phone 01499 302219.
