You Tube to be Channel 4′s iplayer

Chanel 4 has become the first broadcaster to put its ‘catch up’ programmes on You Tube.
The service will be free and will include its most popular shows – available shortly after transmission, and archived series. It will not, though, include imported programmes.
It is understood that, whatever the specifics of the financial deal, Channel 4 and You Tube wull share the associated advertising revenues.
