    Bit cheeky, must be warmer in Tiree than Mid-Argyll!!! Wind Surfing clearly burns the calories, not an ounce of fat in sight. During my last medical, my doctor remarked, not the finely chiselled body I remember from the last examination. Perhaps Tiree and cheeky wind surfing for me!
