The weather forecast for this Thursday’s LORN Market (6th August) is looking great, and so is the line up of stalls and attractions.

LORN (Local Origins Rural Network) has also just confirmed that a top new local Chef will be coming in to give a Cookery Demonstration from around 11.30 am to about 12.30. He will be using produce from the stalls in the market to show a range of fun and great tasting things to try. He may even be persuaded to share some cheffy tips.

One big advantage of this market is that the stalls cater for your lunch needs and snacks as you browse – so browse and graze.

Among what will be available are: Salmon en croute, Pork and apple burgers, Quiches, Salads, Summer vegetable soup, Summer fruit juice, as well as an excellent range of baking and sweet treats, including freshly made crepes – all to enjoy with your tea or coffee.

The next LORN Market will be the organisation’s First Anniversary. It’s had a well deserved great year and is grateful to its many supporters.

The market, which takes place at Kintaline Farm (click for directions and details) runs from 10.00am -  3.00pm.
