Have a look at the images below, from the Hirshhorn Gallery in Washington. The rule governing the exhibition was that submitting artists could use onlhy one sheet of paper.

Not sure if he exhibited there, but that looks suspiciously like the papercut work of Peter Callesen (especially considering the pictures are circulating by email…). Click on A4 Papercuts and you’ll find several of the pictures there, but also much more of his papercut work.
