It’s official. Sally Reid has been replaced by Sally Loudon - by marriage. Our congratulations on her 27th June marriage to the Council’s relatively new CEO and, on the evidence of widespread remarks made where it counts during the Business in the Parliament event at Holyrood in June, already highly rated.
