Jodie Carty is the daughter of William Carty, one of the four men who so tragically lost their lives on Loch Awe on 21st March this year.

She has posted a comment on our article on the Highlands  MSP, Jamie McGrigor, meeting with the Government Minister, Fergus Ewing to accelerate the establishment of a rescue boat service for freshwater lochs.

What she has to say is worth reading in its ability not to focus on blaming and in the positive action taken by herself and her family. They have already raised £7,000 towards a rescue boat for the loch on which her father, his brother and their two friends died on that fog blanketed night.
