Message from Scottish Water – the advice to Tobermory residents affected by the burst water main has now been lifted. It was necessary to boil water for drinking, food preparation and teeth cleaning etc as a purely precautionary measure after the repair of the main. Scottish Water have asked us to pass on its gratitude to householders in Tobermory who have patiently accepted the disruption suffered with this hard-to-locate burst.
