Benderloch’s Victoria Hall is hosting a day long session with Barbara Sellars in 5 Rhythms Ecstatic Dance – ‘Dancing for Life’. The session lasts from 10.30am – 5.30pm on October 5th 2008. The fee is £35. It doesn’t matter what age you are or what experience – if any – you have of any form of dance. 5 Rhythms dance is described as: ‘a dance with no boundaries, no borders, no steps, no beginnings, no end, only a moving center’. It was founded by Gabrielle Roth and it has a Scotland-wide following.
