Argyll wildlife photographer wins PSYBT’s Moffat Award

Philip Price, a twenty-eight year old wildlife photographer based on Loch Aweside and who runs a business there, Loch Visions, providing wildlife photography experiences, has won the top £1,500 2008 Moffat Award. This recognises the best in travel and tourism businesses run by Scotland;s young entrepreneurs. The Moffat Awards are run by the Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust (PSYBT) and enshrine the name of Jim Moffat, co-founder of travel agency AT Mays. Philip Price has commented on the commercial importance of the award. Media coverage is noted by local hoteliers who then recommend the winning tourist service business to their clients.
